Reporting metrics for the rep management tool

I would like to be able to generate a report that shows the reputation score by sales person. It would be good to be able to highlight which sales people have the best reputation and the most reviews.

Thanks for posting this, Jeffrey Nelson — really helpful feedback, and I can see how a rep-level view would make coaching and recognition a lot easier. A couple quick questions so we make sure we’re tracking the right metrics: which “reputation score” are you referring to (is it a specific score you already see in DriveCentric), and where are the reviews coming from in your current workflow? What’s the primary goal for the report on your side (leaderboards/incentives, coaching, compliance, performance tracking, etc.)? And when you say “by sales person,” should the score roll up to the person who sent/requested the review, the rep assigned to the customer/deal, or some other ownership definition?
