Reply with a Video Instead of Creating New Email

It would be nice to reply to a customer with a video thru email, rather than creating a new email every time I send a video. Seems like this feature already exists for text message, but being able to do it with email would help to keep everything all in one place for customers. Would also be neat if we could send videos without needing to attach a message.

- How often do you anticipate using the video reply feature in emails?
- What types of videos do you typically send to customers?
- Would you prefer the video to be embedded in the email or as a downloadable link?

Shelby Parker 1. Every day. Our dealership finds it's a very effective way of getting our customers to respond, as it's a more personalized response compared to a text or email message.
- Introduction videos to put a face to the name, full vehicle walk-through videos, or if a customer asks about a specific feature, I'll send them a video showing them where the controls are for the feature and how they can use it.
- Embedded in the email would be preferred. That way it's right there for the customer to see, rather than relying on them to download the video to watch it.
