Remove the "Reply R to reschedule" from the confirmation texts.

We would like this removed because it is giving the customers an "out" and customers keep rescheduling their appointments. Thanks!

Please remove, this makes it too easy to just not show up or actually reschedule an appt.

I 100% Agree! I work in BDC and would like it gone ASAP. It gives them an opportunity to not come in. And the ones that put a "R" Don't give you a date that they are rescheduling too and then don't answer their phones or text.

Agreed! It gives them an opportunity to not have to reply for why they want to reschedule, lets get this one moved to top priority :)
