If I have a customer who just has 10k and wants any used vehicle there should be a way to just add a "Used" Vehicle and NOT have to put year make model when adding a VOI

YES. It would be helpful for those "Let me know when you find one" customers that just list off a few models that they're interested in. Or allow us to do a year range for used vehicles.
