We are not able to see the email signatures populating on the user's end of the emails being sent manually to customers. This creates confusion with our team and they aren't able to tell if it is actually working correctly or not. Attached is a screenshot showing it doesn't populate with the signature automatically on the user's end. When sending the email, it does show to the customer.

Yes, please! Composing emails should be a WYSIWYG approach! I would also add the previous message in a reply chain like you see in typical email applications.

Hello Anastasia Roberts! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you confirm if this issue is happening with all users or just specific ones?
- Is this issue occurring with all types of emails (e.g., new customer emails, follow-up emails, etc.) or just certain ones?
- Have there been any recent changes to the email signature settings or templates?

Shelby Parker thank you for taking a look at this! It happens with all users and with all emails that are being sent to customers. There have not been any recent changes. We set up the email signatures for each employee as they come on staff and I double checked the settings to ensure they were set up for individual emails (when applicable). The customers can see the email signatures on their ends but we can't see it when drafting the email so our team gets confused and they add one manually for each email when there is already one added that just isn't showing and populating in the preview section.
