Remove AI contact

There have been quite a few customers who have requested to have no AI contact. Even after you fire the genius it will still continue to auto send emails and texts which is highly annoying/alarming to the customers. Can we please add an "remove AI follow up" option to the manage subscriptions tool. It has ruined a few appointments/deals for us already because it is too much. We need a way to fix this ASAP

- How would you like to be notified or confirm that the AI follow-up has been successfully removed for a customer?
- Are there specific types of communications (e.g., emails, texts) that should be excluded from AI follow-ups, or should all be removed?
