Remaining Lease Payments

We have a significant amount of deals where we are only making remaining payments on a lease. Can we add a field to put in those payments without creating a trade? This would be handy because there isn't a car actually being traded in.

For us here at this store it lives in "Adds To Cap Cost" in CDK. On your end, I think the most logical place to have this field would be where Accessories and Warranties live. Maybe add a field that says "Remaining Lease Payments"? The screenshot there shows how we bill it in a deal.
