Hi - I'd like to request to filter the upcoming leads and receive the KBB ICO leads tagged under my name only if that is possible

Thank you, Shelby. The leads that are assigned to me as owner and where I am also tagged in then hide the other leads that are not assigned to me. I want to receive it thru Drive Centric vies and emails

Quick couple questions so we make sure we’re aiming at the right behavior: when you say “tagged under my name,” what should count as “yours” (assigned owner, a specific tag/label, or some other rule you’re using today)? And where are you hoping to see/receive only those leads — in DriveCentric views/queues, via notifications/email, or both? Lastly, do you want non-owned KBB ICO leads fully hidden/excluded, or just de-emphasized so you can focus on yours while still having access if needed?
