Quick couple questions so we make sure we’re talking about the right spot in the product: when you say “from Mining,” which specific Mining list/view or workflow do you mean (and where are those customers being pulled from)? Also, what are you aiming to do with the bulk reassignment — change the owner/user, move them to a different team/queue, or both? And lastly, would you want this to apply to everyone in the Mining results, only customers you select, or customers that match certain criteria?
