Just to clarify - I'm looking for task reassignment not deal reassignment. Also the ability to reassign to multiple other reps - maybe a round robin distro reassignment

Any Day off BDC Rep agenda needs to be reassigned to BDC Reps working that day. Manager only should reassign. Notification would be great but not that necessary as they will see them.

- How frequently do BDC agents need to reassign workplans due to absences or other reasons?
- Are there specific criteria or conditions under which a workplan should not be reassigned to another agent?
- Would you like notifications to be sent to the new agent once a workplan is reassigned?

It would be really helpful if you could reschedule multiple tasks in the work tasks at once instead of doing that one by one. I'm thinking like clicking boxes similar to say selecting emails, all or some then another button to reschedule the task that allows you to select date, time, task type and add a note potentially.

Shelby Parker: this idea occurred to me yesterday while working on tasks. A lot of salespeople use the drive centric system kind of like a planner. We can create tasks to remind us to do something for a guest. As I went through tasks, I had maybe 7-8 tasks that I didn't have answers yet for the guest on a car deal that needed to be moved on the Calander to later in the week. Then I had to go one by one and do that. I can literally look through my workflow for the day and see tasks that have to be assigned another day because I don't have answers yet. I know other salespeople do this as well because we've talked about what a pain it is to go in one by one and adjust dates. Type of task is typically a general task like Email, Phone, Text, Video Touchpoint that I've labeled as something I need to do like "ready call" or "insurance update" or "PDI done" for example. Each sales person may label it different however. If they could check the boxes maybe like something you do when sorting emails then have a button to reschedule, select date/time, that would be helpful.
I'm not sure on any other tools for this to work with or how that would work...maybe someone could use that on a video or text or something like that. Not sure there.
