Rearrange the order of printable documents

I'm a manager at my dealership that handles onboarding and training new hires. One thing I've noticed is that new hires always struggle to remember what documents to print and then what order to place them in their deal jackets. I'd like to be able to organize the documents so that when they click to print, the documents will be in order of what they need first and also the order they should be placed in their deal jackets.

Here is a pdf list of the documents and the order I'd like them to show in our system.

1.So I'd like them to be printable in the order that my salespeople would need them. I would like the first document to be a list of what they need (for my new hires), followed by the sales worksheet, then the credit application, then a combined pdf of the documents they need for every deal, then each of those documents should be available, in order, to be printed individually in case they mess one of them up and need to reprint.

The required documents and their order don't often change. It's more likely that we will need to train new people before we have to change the documents.
The dealership puts the documents in a certain order so that every customer gets the same experience, that experience is organized, and so that anyone who needs to go looking through the documents can easily find what they are looking for.
