Real-Time User Activity Visibility

I would like a feature that provides real-time visibility into which DriveCentric users are actively working with a customer or deal.
When a customer record is open, DriveCentric should show who is currently working with that customer and what they are doing.
For example:
Chase is viewing this customer
Angela is composing a text
Josh is currently desking this deal
Josh just updated the deal
Angela contacted this customer 30 seconds ago
This would solve a major communication issue in dealerships. Salespeople, BDC agents, and managers can all be working the same customer without knowing what someone else is doing. That can lead to duplicate messages, conflicting information, wasted time, and a confusing experience for the customer.
The desking visibility would be especially valuable. A salesperson could immediately see that Josh is currently desking the deal instead of interrupting him, duplicating work, or trying to track down where the deal stands.
A simple real-time activity indicator—or warning when another user is actively working the customer—would create a shared awareness system across the dealership.
This feature could reduce duplicate customer contacts, improve sales/BDC/management coordination, save time, and create a more professional customer experience.
Instead of DriveCentric only showing what has already happened, this would allow the entire team to see what is happening right now.

Thanks for sharing this, Chase Cornell — really helpful context, and I totally hear you on how much duplicate outreach and crossed wires this can create in a dealership. I’m looping this into our team’s review so we can assess what a real-time “who’s in this record / what they’re doing” indicator could look like (especially around desking). If we have a couple quick follow-ups to make sure we’re solving the right workflow, I’ll reach back out.
