RE-ASSSIGN TASKS TO ANOTHER USER*I WOULD LIKE TO SPLIT A BDC REPS TASKS TO ANOTHER REP, 250 TASKS, THE TIME IT TAKES TO REASSIGN TASKS IS EXTREMELY TIME CONSUMING, IS THERE ANOTHER WAY INSTEAD OF ONE BY ONE??

Thanks for raising this, Nicole Giufurta — totally hear you on how painful it is to reassign 250 tasks one-by-one. To make sure we’re aiming at the right solution, can I ask a couple quick clarifiers: in what scenario are you doing these reassignments (rep out, turnover, workload balancing), and is it something you need to do often or just once in a while? When you say you want to “split” the tasks, how are you deciding who gets what (by task type, due date, lead/customer, or just an even split)? And what would be the ideal end state for you: a bulk reassignment option, an automatic distribution across multiple reps, or a mix of both?
