We NEED a push notification for an inbound call so we can see they called in.

To make sure we’re scoping the right push notification, can you clarify a couple things: is this needed only for calls into the dealership’s main number, or also for direct lines/individual reps’ numbers that are tracked in DriveCentric? Who should get the alert (assigned salesperson/lead owner, a specific team/BDC group, or anyone currently logged in)? And when you tap the notification, what’s the ideal next step — jump into the caller’s customer/lead record, log the call, or simply confirm that an inbound call came in?
