Push from CRM to DMS without a customer address

At our store we are unable to push from DC to Deskit without a customer address. Being told its due to an integration issue DC has with CDK.

Hey Matt - the requirement of an address is CDK-specific. Through their Support they should be able to direct you to an SU menu location in CDK to disable this as a requirement. Unfortunately, I don't recall the specific steps but we have had dealers successfully disablement this requirement previously.

50% of our inbound leads are Internet leads - a good chunk of those leads are either from out of town or are customers that are hard set that before they come to the dealership, they insist on being presented numbers.
Whenever we are in that kind of situation or any situation where we don't have the rapport or ability to acquire their address, we are technically unable to push from DC to Deskit to do a proposal.
The work around from chatting with support, was to input a fake address.
I understand that this isn't a life or death feature as the work around is quite simple, but it does add another step/set back for the SM's to do before being able to desk a deal - on busy days or weekends especially where this is only one SM in my store and there is a line up of sales guys standing in front of him, efficiency is quite important and while yes this is a minor/quick work around it does add up.
I had gone through support but the only answer that I was able to uncover is that its on the DMS side/how DC is integrated with CDK.

To be clear as well - it is part of our process to make sure that all correct information for the customer is added into the system before the hand off from SM to FI happens. We are still capturing all our sold customers info and any unsold customers that we can so we can remarket correctly in the future.
