Shelby Parker: No problem, so basically when we had vinsolutions when we pushed a deal to VUE and then had to make a change, for instance adding a co-buyer, it would update in the DMS so the finance person would see all the updates and would not have to re-enter everything again. So now if we push a deal in DRIVECENTRIC it will not allow us to make a change and repush the deal. An error comes up and there is no way to repush the deal. We were able to make changes and re-push them to the DMS in vinsolutions, so I know its possible. it creates more work for the finance managers and is slowing down the process.

JOHN NESSELHAUF: You should be able to edit customer information and re-push. You will be provided a new deal number but the customer information should be reflected with the new information. Here is a quick video of me from today changing the customer's address after the initial push, and then re-pushing the deal!
