Pull Delivery Time duration into custom reporting

We are trying to get our delivery time duration down. And We notice you can See the check in and check out times from the desk log, but we are hoping for a way we can pull into the custom report so that we can see by user and by appointment type (mainly delivery) how long we are averaging to monitor, as well as provide help to where needed for individual reps.
