Also, when you say “proposals,” what exactly do you need to pull up fast (the numbers/quote, the full proposal details, or the thread it was sent in)? And once you find it, what’s the main thing you want to do next—view it, resend it, copy the numbers into a new message, or compare it to a new deal?
