Prompt me to check the customer in before printing a Proposal

When a manager goes to print a sales menu/pencil/numbers for the customer, if a pop up could show for managers to check the customer into the store before printing. I understand it is as easy as clicking a button but neither the sales people or managers ever check customers in. This would just make it easier since everything has to go through managers anyway. Past CRM's I have had have this option and it is great!

Thank you for posting, Philip Karacson! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how the check-in process currently works and how you envision it working with the proposed change?
- What information should be captured during the check-in process?
- Are there any specific scenarios where the check-in should be bypassed?

Shelby Parker The current process is not good at all. Basically relying on the manager or the sales person to click the check in button along in their process but it seems to not happen very often. I envision it working like this.
Basically once a manager is ready to print out the numbers for the customer, a pop up window will show up with something saying, "Would you like to check the customer into the showroom?" With 2 buttons, one saying "Yes" one saying "No". The information that should be captured is if the customer is actually here or not and the report showing our actual appointment to show ratio. If they click no, it should still allow everything to go on as normal, but if they click yes, it should automatically check the customer into the showroom.
The only time the check-in should be bypassed is if the customer is actually not here or we are working a deal where the person is not near us and we will be doing everything virtually.
