Printing drill down views of reports

In my role as an Internet BDC consultant, I often need details including customer name, vehicle, etc. from drive to compare to my internet tracker. This can be pages and pages of screenshots and printing page doesn't allow more than a one page view without snipping tool workaround. Can you offer a print or download option!?
