Thanks for sharing this, Mai Nguyen — totally makes sense to want an automatic price update email. To make sure we’re designing it the right way, can you clarify a couple things: should the email go out as soon as the price changes, on some kind of schedule, or only when someone manually triggers it? Who exactly should receive it (only customers tied to that specific vehicle/product, all active leads, or a different segment)? And what action are you hoping the customer takes after they get the email (reply back, book an appointment, click through to the updated listing, etc.)?
