I think it would be nice to have a notification sent out specifically for a duplicate lead. "Blank Blank put another lead in". Unless we are checking the lead box 24/7 or having a manager tell us (which they are often are too busy for that), we will never know that lead is in the system running the clock.

- How frequently do you encounter duplicate leads, and how critical is it to address them promptly?
- Would you prefer these notifications to be sent via email, SMS, or another method?

Shelby Parker 1. Just a notification sent to our phones being as we have the app. 2. It's pretty common when customers are doing their research remotely. It's critical to respond back ASAP or managers sometimes take the lead out of our name. If it's someone I already talking to and it is a active lead there's just no way to know unless you are checking the lead box. 3. I think it would be beneficial to have a notification sent to our phones that way we know when our active lead put another lead in so we can respond in timely fashion. Thank you!
