We often find there is no way to keep something on file unless we are texting the customer the information. We like to keep post delivery photos, mileage of cars, Vin photos, thing we use to verify the sales process.

Just to make sure we’re looking at the right spot and the right fix: which “portal” are you referring to, and who needs to upload/view these files (your team, the customer, or both)? Also, when you say “no time limit,” is the issue that the upload link expires, or that the files themselves disappear after a certain period and you need them retained long-term? Lastly, is the primary goal to store these photos on the customer/deal record for future reference, or to make it easier to request/collect them from customers through the portal?
