To make sure we’re scoping the right “gallery view,” can you share: which Portal items you’d want to show previews for (photos, docs, videos, links, messages, etc.)? What are you usually trying to do when this slows you down (e.g., quickly finding the right file to share, reviewing recent uploads, confirming what was sent)? And where would you expect the gallery option to live — across the whole Portal or only in a specific section/page?
