I am thinking more for us as users of DriveCentric to be able to view ANY document uploaded to the Portal, also yes a printable version that does not need to be downloaded

Thanks for sharing this, Joshua Flory — totally hear you on how much smoother it’d be to view and print directly from mobile without the extra download step. Just to make sure we’re scoping this the right way: which “portal items” are you thinking of (docs/forms/invoices/reports/messages, etc.)? And is this mainly for dealership staff working in DriveCentric, or for end customers using a customer portal? Lastly, when you say “print from DriveCentric” on mobile, are you expecting to print to a connected printer, or more of a mobile-friendly/printable view that doesn’t require downloading to a PC?
