Pop ups for set reminders

I would like to have the option of having reminders that I set (to follow up with a customer at a later date) pop up on my screen as a notification on the day the reminder was set for. Or at least have a separate page specifically for reminders that only I set, not the system.

- What type of notifications would be most effective for you (e.g., email, SMS, in-app)?
- How frequently would you like to receive reminders before the actual reminder date (e.g., daily, weekly)?
- Would you prefer to have the option to customize the appearance or sound of the notifications?

Shelby Parker In-app notifications would be most ideal but I think having the option for SMS reminders wouldn't be a bad idea either. Im looking mainly for a notification the day of the reminder. Although it wouldn't be a bad idea to have the option to customize how often you will get notifications i.e. the day before / Week before. Customizing the appearance would be very nice. Customizing the sound of the notification doesn't seem necessary, but would be kind of fun to be able to do! that way you could differentiate from other notifications. I'm really looking to have a notification or spot that I can see reminders I have set other than just in my work plan only.
