Poor client transfer from Dealersocket

I have been with Bell Lexus for over 11 years so I have a huge client base. When transferring my clients over from Dealersocket, the vast majority of the notes about the clients and the transaction are missing. Also, I have been informed that if my clients have had no 2 way communication for 90 days then the client is orphaned.

Shelby Parker I take copious notes about my interaction with my customers, and none of those notes or emails have transferred from dealersocket. No patterns. It is literally every customer. Through dealer socket, I followed up with my customers consistently via email every six months. Now if I don’t have a mutual interaction with my customers every 90 days, then they become orphaned and other sales people have access to my clients.
