please update 'overdue video' stat on tasks when no email on file and pending text opt in

i show an 'overdue' video task, yet have 'no way' to send the customer a video! the customer is a truck driver and can not do text while driving. i sent him the opt in, and he said he might not be able to respond until tomorrow. he preferred text over email, so there is no email on file. the problem is, i am now showing an 'overdue video task', yet there is no way to send this customer a video yet! ... this morning in our sales meeting, we were looking at the % rates of personalized videos sent on time, and our overall % is much lower than it should be. as a new rep now getting started, upon noticing what i am now encountering, i realize the app needs to be updating, because it's hurting the dealership stats. dev can do a simple update to not have a video task show 'overdue' if the customer has no email on file or has not opted into text yet.
