#1 All activities from the conversation in AIM should be transferred to the profile of customer. Just like when April engages a new lead. those are able to be seen by the salesperson.
#2 It would be nice if the salesperson were given the same type of note as they see when April talks with any customer. For instance:

#3 The feature would let the salespeople know what is happening. Right now they don't get any notice with what is happening in AIM
