Shelby Parker 1. This will be used a few times a month by different users looking to isolate particular customers for messaging.
- This will allow us to understand the point at which the customer exited the market, and therefore allow us to isolate e.g. people who DIDN'T find out about the next month's great incentives.
- Any other date transitions could also be used (e.g. date transitioned to visit, date transitioned to getting number, etc...)
