Expert Users or Manager Roles should be able to pin or unpin salespersons note. Along with other notes on the profile. Even for deactivated users.

- What specific scenarios or use cases do you envision for pinning and unpinning notes?
- Should there be any restrictions or permissions for who can pin or unpin notes?
- How would you prioritize this feature compared to other potential improvements?

Shelby Parker check out notes should be able to be pinned we should be able to pinn the most recent note to the top, this would let the next caller know where we stand based off notes. Yes, note pinned should be BDC and Managers who can pin all notes, even not made by them. This would help with client details updated proposals just future notes for snooze reasons etc. Having to copy and past the notes to the top for clear communication is redundant.
