I would like the ability for the sales person to take photos of the above items when they are selling a car and have those photos stored in the deal/customer record where we could print them out and stick in the deal jacket and also have them for reference within Drive Centric. Is this something already available or that can be created?

Michele, these photos do not need to be secure. Portal sends a link to the customer for them to upload the documents. This feature is not for customer documents. Its for internal use and for the sales person to take pictures and upload them. This is not intended for or with customer interaction.
I am hoping to have a camera icon so that the sales people don't have to store pictures on their phones then upload. Please advise

Sonny Aivazian, thank you for writing in. We recommend using Portal to store the photos. It's a secure way to store and manage documents. Let me know if this satisfies what you're trying to accomplish.

You could organize or categorize it any way you wanted. Maybe call it delivery pictures or something.
No specific formats or resolutions needed. Probably JPEG or amy other formats that are pretty standard. Whatever would work good through the drive app.
No additional features needed but I'd like to be able to print them off to insert into the deal jacket that goes to the buiness office.
We have a problem here with the sales person pushing the deal to DMS with a car, then actually delivering a different unit to the customer. So the contract docs do not match the unit the customer is driving. Then we have to bring the customer back in to resign docs on the car that they took possession of. I am hoping that by requiring them to upload photos of the Vin plate, odometer, and on used cars the license plate information that we can eliminate this from happening so often.
This happens at a lot of stores, trust me. For some reason we have a larger problem here than other stores.

Hey Sonny Aivazian, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- How would you like these photos to be organized or categorized within the customer record?
- Are there any specific formats or resolutions required for the photos?
- Would you need any additional features, such as annotations or tags, for these photos?
