It would be nice to be able to monitor calls from the Call Review screen, and have it indicate that the call has been monitored. A way to monitor the monitoring. Also, it would be nice to be able to put Coaching Notes on the call in the Call Review screen, for all parties to see. This is how we monitor, coach, and train up the salespeople.
