Thanks for sharing this, Daniel Byles — totally get why you’d want your personal cell to show up when you’re reaching out. Just to make sure we’re scoping it the right way: are you looking for this on calls, texts, or both? And do you mean your cell should be the actual caller ID/sender number customers see, or simply displayed somewhere in the call/text details they receive? Lastly, should this be just for your account, or something that could apply across the dealership (each user showing their own cell)?
