Having the OPTION for a store to require Mgr authorization is a much better method. Not all stores work the same.

After we remove / rotate lead to a new salesman, the previous salesman who disregarded the lead originally has the ability to claim customer and remove newly assigned salesman off lead. We can not stop this inside of permissions. Only DriveCentric can fix this to stop the skating and help us stay on our store wide process. Please let's get this fixed soon.

Or when someone claims either the entire customer, Sales 1, or Sales 2, it would be helpful if the notification title says what position they took on the customer profile without having to open the notification.

This is a big problem with salespeople trying to skate another salesperson. Salespeople should not be able to claim a lead once it has an active user or salesperson assigned to it. To enforce this, there should be a cut-off switch that only allows changes to be made by a manager. Salespeople should only be able to claim a lead if the user is not active or the lead has been marked as dead .

How would this work if someone claims a deal that already has 2 salespeople on it? I agree we should have a store setting that we can use to require manager approval for claiming deals
