Per-Video Default Message in Video Library

Right now, all videos in the Video Library share the same default subject line and message when sent. I'd love the ability to set a custom default subject and message at the time a video is uploaded to the library, so that when I go to send that specific video, it pre-populates with the message I wrote for it.
For example, if I upload an "April Events" video, I'd want to save a message specific to that video right then. When I pull it from the library to send later, that message is already there and ready to go, rather than having to retype it every time.
This would be especially useful for teams sharing a video library, since each video could have its own tailored message that makes sense for the content.

I’d love to add another feature to this suggestion: the ability to use dynamic fields in each video’s saved message, especially the vehicle’s current price.
Stellantis places a strong emphasis on including pricing with every customer contact, and more dealerships are moving toward video-based communication. It would be extremely helpful if we could create a default message for a vehicle video that automatically pulls in the vehicle’s current price each time it is sent.
For example: “Here’s a quick video of the [Year, Make and Model], currently priced at [Current Price].”
This would save time, keep pricing accurate if it changes, and help dealerships stay consistent with manufacturer communication standards.

Thanks for sharing this, Sam Parker — really helpful context, especially the team/shared library angle. I’ve passed this along to the team for review so we can assess the best way to support per-video default subjects/messages in the Video Library, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from you.
