It would be really helpful to have a way to access previous / cleared alerts. Once we click on the Alert or Mention it clears it from the notification tab. The customer history only goes so far back and just clicking through all recent customers isn't efficient.

Shelby Parker Ideally they'd go back at least 24hrs, maybe even 72hrs. Really all I'm looking for is a way to reference back to mentions after they are cleared. On multiple occasions now, I've opened the entity, clearing the notification, got pulled away or took a call and had to quickly pivot to another entity, causing me to lose the initial notification. I would use the feature daily as a way to assure everything has been addressed.
