Desk manager can not override the disposition of the car New Vs Used. Sometimes this is needed to desk used cars that are loaners with new car programs. Especially in BMW world.

To make sure we’re scoping the right solution, can you share a bit more: is the New/Used override something you only need for loaner vehicles in new-car programs, or do other scenarios come up too? Also, which roles should have permission to do the override (desk managers only, or others)? And when you flip that status, what downstream behavior should change for you (program/pricing/incentives and/or reporting treating it as New vs Used)?
