When updating customers new information we would like that new address and all other info to override whats in CDK meaning the customer # stays the same but has their updated information.

We support this today! This is a dealership-specific setting that can be enabled by the CRM Admin (Expert User) contacting your Customer Success Team!

Hey Justin Wiley - thanks for the feedback! Good news, this is a feature that has already been implemented and is a dealership-specific setting for CDK. You can use the option to override the Customer Address on a push from DriveCentric to CDK. If you are able to have the CRM Admin (Expert User) at your dealership reach out to your Customer Success Team, they'll be able to facilitate this request for you!
