If user management could be overhauled to have a grid/display set up to drag and drop team members and assign team leads, it would be far more intuitive and easy to use instead of entering and exiting every individual user and checking to see that they updated correctly under the team leads.

Wanted to request to add a feature on being able to place a person on multiple teams. It would be easier to track activity much better.

Hey Christopher Zabala, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific activities or metrics are you looking to track by placing a person on multiple teams?
- Are there any specific roles or permissions that should be considered when a person is part of multiple teams?
- How do you envision the workflow or process changing with this new feature in place?

There are 2 teams and 4 sales managers and 13 Sales people. Outbound activity by Team as well as Sales people under specific Manager.
This would enable us Team Leaders to efficiently track our teams outbound and conversion without going to all the list. That way we can show our team members on what they can improve on and work on and guide them to covert better.

I find that the filtering system to update teams/team leads is a little cumbersome, when it comes to moving around multiple members and team leads. I think you could have a department "tree" that allows you to elevate/descend members to different levels. This would make for a quicker and more intuitive way to lineout a departmental change instead of clicking into and adjusting every user 1 by 1.

Thank you for posting, JAKE HARGIS! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more details on the functionalities you would like to see in the drag and drop feature for user management?
- What specific issues have you encountered with the current method of assigning team leads?
- Are there any additional features or improvements you would like to see in the user management system?
