Option to stop Genius from sending opt-in text

We would like the option to stop Genius from sending opt-in texts to customers. We do not want to turn Genius off from texting entirely, just prevent her from sending the initial opt-in text.
Our current guidelines require that a physical user is the one sending the text opt-in.
