Option to Revert Engaged Customers to 'Lead' Status Due to Invalid Contact

Title. Text customer. "Wrong number" response. Customer is now engaged, stopping all automated tasks/ emails. Also causes issues with mining for customers who will now show up when searching customers for engagement, or won't show up when only looking to mine customers still in lead status.
Should be a way to manually revert them or, by logging a "bad number" call it should remove any engagement from that number.

Yes please. A guest hanging up or telling us we have the incorrect number should not move to engaged, so there should be a backup ability for the dealer to change this
