I would like to be able to pull a list of customer who have opted into text but have not continued engagement or texted back.

Opportunities that opt in should also not be marked engaged until they actually text something other than opting in/out.

- Can you clarify what you mean by 'continued engagement'? Are there specific actions or lack of actions that you consider as 'not continuing engagement'?
- What is the time frame you consider for a customer to be classified as 'not texted back'?
- Would you like this feature to be automated or would you prefer to manually pull this list?
