The reason for this idea is that we are delivering lots of cars after the fact and we can communicate with those managers so they're aware guests are coming in to make sure we arent missing any paper work especially people driving from far places

Do you need the Sales Manager name, the Finance Manager name, or both — and should it always be the manager assigned to that specific deal/customer? And once you have that name, what’s the main next step you’re trying to take (like reaching out before the guest arrives), and what would “success” look like for your team?
