Feature Request Update: Multi-Segment Monthly Automated Exports for Google Ads & CRM Marketing
Objective
To expand the scope of this request from a single "Delivered" report to multiple automated monthly exports. While the target data segments will differ, the output schema (file parameters and column headers) must remain identical across all reports to ensure seamless, direct uploading into Google Ads Customer Match templates.
Desired Data Segments (The "Wish List"):
Delivered List: Customers who completed a vehicle purchase during the prior month.
Canceled / Lost Leads: Prospects whose leads were closed out without a sale.
Upcoming Finance Expiries: Customers approaching the end of their finance contracts.
Lease Maturity (12-Month Outlook): Lessees whose terms are expiring in exactly 12 months for proactive retention marketing.
High-Value Customers: A segment of repeat buyers (customers who have purchased multiple vehicles).
Delivery & Format Specifications:
Schedule: Automated delivery to my email on the 1st of every month.
File Type: Individual CSV files for each segment.
Formatting: Strict adherence to the Google Customer Match template parameters (matching the exact column headers for phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses provided in the attached file).
Having these standardized, pre-segmented lists automated each month would significantly streamline our offline conversion tracking and targeted marketing efforts.
We would probably merge list 3 and 4 unless we want to focus on used but this is my wish list. I would be so happy if this could be possible.

Thanks for sharing this, Alex Gerace — totally get why a monthly delivered-customer CSV would be important for your Google Ads offline conversions workflow. Just to make sure we scope this the right way: is the primary goal to upload the file into Google Ads as offline conversions, or is this more for internal reporting? Also, which deliveries should be included each month (all delivered deals, or filtered by specific stores/rooftops and/or deal types like new/used/retail/lease)? And beyond phone, email, and address, are there any other fields you’ll need in the export (e.g., delivery date, vehicle details, or a unique customer/deal ID)?

Also want an offlease list and a lost lead list in the same format monthly.
