Sorry you’re running into this, Jason Farmer — I can see how disruptive that is, especially if your trade docs aren’t printing correctly. To help us narrow it down, can you tell us which exact form(s) are coming out of alignment (trade docs vs ODO disclosure vs POA), and whether it’s happening on all of them or only certain ones? Also, what part of the printout is off (shifted up/down/left/right, overlapping fields, getting cut off), and what it should be lining up with on the form? Lastly, is this affecting everyone at your dealership or just you, and does it happen every time you print or only intermittently?
