Now that we have 3 dealerships (Apache Village, AVRV, and Midwest RV Center) with DriveCentric can you set us up to communicate with our DMS DealerVu? This way we can push deals over to Drive and use it to its full potential. Please let me know if this is something you can do or if you need anything from me. Thanks, -Randy 314-8153608

Thanks for reaching out, Randy Starkey — totally hear you on wanting to get DriveCentric working at full capacity across all three rooftops. To make sure we scope this correctly with DealerVu, can you confirm: (1) should the DealerVu connection apply to Apache Village, AVRV, and Midwest RV Center, or only certain locations? (2) when you say “push deals over,” what data needs to come through (just status updates, full deal details, and/or customer + vehicle info)? and (3) are you looking for a one-way sync from DealerVu into DriveCentric, or do you also need changes in DriveCentric to write back into DealerVu?

Shelby Parker, it would be for all 3 rooftops. We need the data to push both ways. Midwest is discontinuing DP 360, We were able to import the customer data from DP360 Into DealerVu. We were not able to push data back though. it is alot of extra time and data entry to not have the 2 systems sync. DealerVu is willing to work with you guys to get this done. All data would be ideal. Customer information and deal status is imperative
