So if the button was pressed and I go into a chat that my associate is already in or working on it will notify me so I don't step on toes and to avoid simultaneously responding

This is a great idea! I would like to build on this and say it would be helpful to add a message stating who is in the chat when the "conversation" tab is opened.

- How should the notification be delivered to the associate (e.g., pop-up, email, etc.)?
- Is there a specific time frame within which the notification should be sent after the button is pressed?
- Should there be an option to override the notification if necessary, and if so, under what circumstances?
