Notify Sales Consultants when Customers are Orphaned to Them

Every time a sales consultant quits or moves within the company.. all their leads get re-assigned to the sales staff. However, it does not notify us when customers have been orphaned to us. Therefor making it difficult to find those customers. A task should be generated to reach out to the client and introduce yourself as their new sales consultant, so these clients don't get missed.
