Notification when a Call Recording is added to a Customer Card

It would be awesome if we could receive an alert when a customer calls (and we miss the call), similar to when we get a notification about text messages.

customers call in and Drive centric logs the call and saved the recording but does not notify the sales rep that they had called in to follow up.

Hey Thank you for getting back to me so quickly.
I would assume the entire sales staff would like a Drive centric Notification when a customer calls in and leaves a VM. Since we're attached to the prospect. We get the notification for text and emails right now.

For Example:
I sold a car 10/3 and the customer called 10/15/-10/18 etc..
I checked the prospect on 10/27 and noticed their VM's and helped the customer get her loan documents.
12 days after the first call in.

- Can you clarify if you would like the notification to be sent immediately after the voicemail is left or at a specific time?
- What type of notification would you prefer? (e.g., email, text message, app notification)
- Would you like the notification to include any specific details about the voicemail or just a general alert?
